Was your cat sick or something else or would you rather not share? I would, also, have to pick cats as well. I have a black, boy cat myself and he is 6 years old. I don't know what I would do if I lost him. I'm sorry for rambling on, but I love animals a lot. I hope you take it well and I wish you luck. I know your cat will now rest in peace, though. I don't want to get into details of what happened to her because it is very upsetting. It's a disease that slowly kills parts of their bodies. Usually at first it starts with their blatter. then they get an eye infection, then they cant eat or walk, then they cant breathe. My cat could eat and walk fine. But the vet said that if we had waited any longer then we would find her dead, because she could BARELY breathe. She only took 1 or 2 breaths per minute. It was extremely scary. When we got home, we buried her in our back yard. My parents started BAWLING!!! And I have NEVER seen them cry before. She was an amazing girl. It's not fair.
