Some of my favorite snacks as a kid were:

1. cinnamon and sugar on buttered toast (Yummmm!),

2. peanut butter, honey and banana sandwich (may not sound so good at first but it is so good!)

3. and grilled cheese sandwich

I've had the peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwich before.  You put the honey on the bread first, because it gives that side of the bread this kind of sticky-crispy consistency that's amazing.  Then peanut butter and banana is just a naturally yummy combination.  :)  Slice the bananas to get them evenly throughout the sandwich.
