do you think sending out flyers for babysitting is bad? or a bad idea? i want to hear all your different opinions!!

What do you mean "sending out"? You mean posting them? Like on bulletin boards?

Yea, either that or handing the flyers to them or their family. Plus, I wouldn't be comfortable just putting them up on a bulliten board.

You know, you can had out flyers. You don't have to put them up somewhere. And I wouldn't. Unless it was in your enclosed community, I guess. I only sit a family i know, my mom knows or are my little sister's friends.

well, it really depends. If you post them on telephone poles and stuff then yeah, it can be dangerous because people could find where you lived and do who knows what to you. You could try puting it in your church bulletin though! That should be safe........or you could just hand it out to people you know, and they will spread it to people they know....and so on. But, just posting them in general can be dangerous.

I did flyers. I wouldn't suggest going and posting them in public places. I went around my neighborhood and handed them out to people I knew, who had Kids who I knew I could handle. And I have a policy for myself, that I have to know the mom and the kids to babysit for them. It's just a lot safer that way.

I actually am working on flyers to put around my subdivion right now! I dn't see it as a problem unless you put them in public places. Just put them around your neighborhood. My suggested putting them up at church, but I think that's wrong. You're kinda promoting bussines in church you know? lol . I think it's a good idea, just be careful and respinsible.

i think putting flyers n a bulletin board or something is a great way to get a babydsitting gig, and its always a good idea to check out if anyones looking for a babysitter on bullitn boards

well i live in elpaso and there is an iga and for the most part only local people look at the city bolitine broard and when i was a bit younger than i am now i put a mothers helper sign up because we know most of the moms in town
