This Saturday will be the first late job I've ever had- from about 4:30 to 9:00. I'm comfortable with this...but does anyone have any tips on how to get them to eat...go to bed...etc.?

Getting them to eat should not be too much of a problem, usually they will eat with no problem when it is time for dinner. As for bed, I start warning the kids about 45 minutes before its bedtime, so that way they know its coming. I also don't suggest getting into a new game/activity before bedtime because the kids will want to stay up and finish it. Before bed try to get the kids to relax a bit by reading them a story, singing soft songs etc. Hope this helps!

A little late now, but for future reference: see if the parents have a bedtime routine, which will help calm the children.
