Hey guys heres a sweet and healthy treat for fussy eaters. Very simple too. Take a dollop of cottage cheese, doesnt matter what size curd, I guess it depends on the child. On top of that dollop put another dollop of apple butter, maybe a little bit bigger, because we all know that for kids the sweeter the better.Wink [;)] You decide if you want to mix it in. This is eally good and takes a max of 5 miutes, and is also easy to eat. Hope that helps.

A favorite dessert of mine when I was a kid was pears with cottage cheese. :) Really, any fruit will do, but the graininess of pears just really seemed to hit the spot.

I love the twist -- apple butter. I'll have to try that myself!

ooooo, pears sound good too. Also, I don't know if this would gross children out or not, it would gross me out but I'm not two, its just an idea. What if we put a tiny bit of their favorite color of food coloring in the cottage cheese.
