Final Critique

The website that I have now is what I consider to be the "final draft" so to speak. I still am looking to make some changes, additions, removals, .etc, though...
Please tell me what you think of my "final draft". I am looking for some constructive criticism.

Below are exerpts from your website, followed by my suggestions:
If I make a commitment to babysit, I will show up or give you at least 24 hours notice if I can't. You may want to also consider offering a two-hour babysitting credit. For example, if they're charged $5/hour, then $10 is taken off the next time they hire you -- encourages them to offer you another job, despite your previous cancellation. (Also, you charge them if they cancel on you, so you should offer the same courtesy.)
I charge a flat rate of $1.00 per child, if there are more than 2 children. Makes it sound like you would charge $2/hour for two children -- re-word it somehow. Maybe "$1/hour for each additional child/sibling." Also, your rate chart is very confusing. You should charge less for mother's helping since mom is there to do some of the work. But that's if your rates vary at all, which they shouldn't. Do a flat $6/hour for one child and $1/hour for each additional child. Too much confusion and parents are reluctant to hire.
Bookings: Bookings are made via this website. Minimum Booking: 48 hours before the day of the babysitting job.
The booking will be confirmed by e-mail. Please give as much notice
as possible, especially for Friday and Saturday nights, holidays, etc. This should be for clients you've sat for before. First-time clients are going to want to interview you before they book a job with you.
Really, that's it. Your website looks very uniform and professional, and I think parents are going to be impressed with your presentation and training. Good luck.

Yea, if I were looking for a sitter for my kids, I wouldn't "book" a sitter via their website. I would want to meet them in person. Also, that's very risky for you too. Especially if you don't know the people "booking" you.
