HELP!!!! Rate question

Hey everyone,
i just joined here..
i am 13 and have a question...
The problem is, I charge $5 an hour,
but some people complain it is too much and won't use me.
i am american red cross certified and experienced.
how do i get more clients w/ out lowering my prices?

I think your rate is fair but it does depend on where you live. Do you live in the Northeast, the South, the West...in a rural, suburban or city area?

i live in wisconsin in the subarban, but really close to a big city...
