It's really easy for moderators to pick out people who are posting just to boost their post count, and because that is a nuisance that clutters the forums, users who care more about their post count and rank than the other members who are looking for help will be warned and after a few offenses have their account deleted.
This is a community effort, so let's work together to make this the best babysitting forum on the 'Net!
